The absolute vibration of large rotating machinery such as steam turbine, water turbine, generator, compressor, fan, belt conveyor, pump and the temperature of equipment shall be monitored and protected.


The vibration temperature inspection instrument is mainly applicable to the fields of power generation, steel, metallurgy, chemical engineering, etc. It can continuously monitor and measure the bearing vibration (absolute vibration) of all kinds of rotating machinery and various equipment requiring temperature measurement, so as to facilitate the user to analyze and maintain the working conditions of the machine. The instrument is equipped with 4~20mA current output, relay switch output, RS485 interface MODBUS-RTU communication protocol, which can easily form an automatic control system and monitoring protection system with DCS, PLC, PC, etc; The instrument adopts high-performance ARM processor, and simultaneously monitors vibration amplitude, vibration intensity, equipment temperature, etc. With good stability, high accuracy, friendly and beautiful interface, simple operation, convenient and reliable maintenance, it is at the leading level in China.

  • 1. The vibration temperature inspection instrument takes the advanced ARM high-performance embedded processor as the core, and adopts professional signal conditioning and filtering circuits. The linearity, frequency response, temperature drift and anti-interference ability of the instrument measurement have been greatly improved, making the system measurement accuracy higher and the protection action more reliable

    2. It can simultaneously monitor the vibration value and intensity value of rotating machinery. (Relay alarm value and current output value correspond to main measurement parameters)

    3. The temperature of up to 8 points can be monitored. (The alarm value and current output value of the relay correspond to the temperature point of the current channel)

    4. The configuration mode is flexible. The working mode and parameters of the instrument can be configured and set by the upper computer software configuration or touch screen

    5. Each channel can work independently or be used by a single channel through the configuration instrument

    6. The parameters of the instrument can be viewed or set locally. Including: meter number, baud rate, calibration mode, channel status, small signal removal, peak-valley value, alarm reset mode, alarm value, alarm delay value, temperature patrol interval, temperature delay value, measurement range, current (4~20) mA corresponding value, etc

    7. Peak memory and setting parameters can be stored for a long time after power failure

    8. It has power-on and power-off suppression function (protection of historical data, suppression of false alarm), and self-locking alarm output function within about 5 seconds after power-on

    9. RS485 communication interface and general MODBUS-RTU communication protocol realize the network communication and remote control functions of the instrument

  • 1. Input:  Vibration (intensity): input two magnetoelectric speed sensors or two piezoelectric speed sensors at the same time.  Temperature: simultaneously input 8-point thermal resistance signal (thermal resistance PT100)

    8. Communication: RS485 communication interface, MODBUS-RTU communication protocol: baud rate: 4800bps, 9600bps (default), 19200bps, three options. Verification method: no verification (default), even verification and odd verification. Three options are available
