Overview

The XDG3053 speed/impactor monitor uses the non-contact magnetic induction measurement principle to measure the rotating speed of rotating machinery and the position status of the impactor. Usually, it is used to continuously monitor and measure the rotating speed of rotating machinery. When the unit overspeed impactor knocks out or does the impactor action test, it can be used to detect and indicate whether the impactor knocks out and record the rotating speed when the impactor knocks out or retracts. The monitor needs to be equipped with three sensors, one magneto-resistive speed sensor for speed measurement, and two magnetic induction PNP proximity switch sensors for detecting the status of two impactors. In order to adapt to the site conditions, it can also directly receive two on-site impactor switching signals. The closed signal is the impactor striking status signal, and the open signal is the impactor not striking status.
