Although PCB modules in the electronics industry are completed by SMT, the components and wires in the input and output parts still need to be welded manually. In order to stimulate the positive spirit of all employees and create a learning-oriented enterprise culture, at the same time, enhance the learning and competitive awareness of employees, promote the improvement of their personal skills, cultivate business skill experts, and improve the skill level of our employees, a welding skill competition was held in the company's engineering technology center on the afternoon of December 4, 2019 after careful organization and preparation. The competition includes PCB board plug-in welding and wire welding, which not only requires speed, but also requires high welding quality. During the competition, the contestants were engrossed in the plug-in and welding of their PCB boards. The contestants made fine welding according to the rules of the competition and went all out to complete their works. With a positive attitude and a serious and responsible style, they showed the spirit of our company's employees' serious dedication and pursuit of high-quality products.
