XDG5000 rotating machinery monitoring and protection device is a modular, intelligent and highly reliable online monitoring system. After supporting various XDG1000 series sensors or imported sensors, it can continuously and accurately measure the vibration, axial displacement, rotational speed, thermal expansion, eccentricity, differential expansion, etc. of various steam turbines, water turbines, blowers, compressors and other rotating machinery. It is an important monitoring device for steam turbines and other rotating machinery. The device can combine the fault diagnosis (TDM) module to realize the on-site fault analysis and diagnosis function. The technical parameters of the XDG5000 rotating machinery monitoring and protection device meet the API 670 standard of the American Petroleum Institute. Its performance and technical indicators can replace imported products, and can be customized for users and provide lifelong service. The XDG5000 system chassis adopts the standard assembly form of EIA (American Electronic Industry Association). The leftmost position of the chassis is designated to install the power management module, and the rest slots can install the monitoring module.
