Pursuant to the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement signed by both parties, we hereby authorize Shanxi Aobaibo Technology Co., Ltd. as our exclusive general distributor in Shanxi Province, granting it the right to market and sell products under the Xindao Ge brand within the designated territory. All online and offline sales of Xindao Ge products shall be conducted exclusively through our authorized distributors, ensuring that all products are genuine, high‑quality goods.
