Under the theme “The Eye of All Things, Sensing the Future,” Xindao Ge brought sensors, transmitters, monitoring and protection instruments, automated control systems, rotating machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis systems, watertight testing equipment, and AR digital twin systems directly to the exhibition floor. The on-site rotor test stand simulates the operating conditions of rotating machinery and is equipped with conventional instruments such as vibration sensors and tachometers, as well as the new wireless smart vibration transmitter. The monitored data—including rotational speed, vibration, eccentricity, and key-phase—can be displayed in real time on the monitoring and protection instruments and can also be viewed on the PHM big-data platform for analysis and early-warning alerts.

Cutting-Edge Technology at the Exhibition Highlights Brand Strength—AR Digital Twin System

By wearing these AR glasses, users can experience a visual management platform. The AR digital twin system establishes a digital twin mapping between physical objects and their virtual counterparts, constructs models using 3D graphics as nodes, enables real-time 3D visualization of equipment fault diagnosis, and allows direct hands-on operation and inspection through gesture control.
