As an important power device, rotating machinery is widely used in power generation, ship, aviation and other fields. The reliability and stability of its operation affect the efficiency of the manufacturing process, and plays an extremely important role in the national economy. With the increasing complexity and automation of the rotating machinery system, the working state of the key components of the equipment has seriously affected the changes in the performance of the mechanical equipment. Therefore, the technical state evaluation and fault detection of the key components of the equipment has been the focus of the research on the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery. At present, the main detection methods include: diagnosis using vibration information, diagnosis using noise information, diagnosis using temperature information, diagnosis using pressure information, diagnosis using acoustic emission information, determination of metal content in oil, and diagnosis using metallography.
Among many fault diagnosis technologies, no technology can better reflect the condition of mechanical equipment than vibration signal analysis. During the operation of mechanical equipment, there are various static or dynamic parts and components in many mechanical equipment systems. Due to the imbalance of forces and the different mechanical properties inside the parts and components, there are vibrations in varying degrees. The strength of vibration and noise and the main frequency components contained are closely related to the type, degree, location and cause of the fault, and these vibrations are often related to the operating state of the machine.
On the basis of analyzing the current status of condition monitoring and equipment fault diagnosis, this report will describe the vibration signal and its applicability in equipment technical condition evaluation and fault detection in detail, and then briefly explain the actual application effect through two cases.
